Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Request:

Accepted if the product has not yet been shipped.

Full refund processed using the original payment method
within 5 working days.

Order Cancellation by Rootsy:

Rootsy reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such
as stock availability, pricing errors, or issues with provided details.

Full refund will be initiated, and we will promptly
communicate the reason for cancellation.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

We accept returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery for
the following conditions:

Damaged Products: Report
within 5 days with images of the invoice, outer box, and damaged product.

Spoiled
Products: Report within 5 days with images of the invoice, date of
packaging, and spoiled product.

Incorrect
Items: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 5 days for a
replacement or refund.

Customer
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product, return it
within 5 days in its original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Usage Limitations:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products.
